We want you to feel confident when shopping with The Anonymous Adjuster. If something isnā€™t right with your order, weā€™re here to help.

Print Books (Paperbacks & Hardcovers)

Returns Accepted:
We accept returns of unused and undamaged books within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible Reasons for Return:

  • Wrong item received

  • Misprint or production defect

  • Book arrived damaged in transit

  • Customer changed their mind (must be unused)

Return Conditions:

  • Books must be in new, resaleable condition

  • No writing, highlighting, stains, or reading wear

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the issue is due to damage or our error

How to Start a Return:
Please contact us at support@theanonymousadjuster.comĀ  with your order number and reason for return.
For damaged or misprinted books, include photos so we can approve your replacement quickly.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued 5ā€“7 business days after the returned book is received and inspected.

Digital Products (Ebooks, PDFs, Downloads)

All digital product sales are final once delivered.

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • The file is corrupted or wonā€™t open

  • You were mistakenly charged twice

Due to the nature of digital downloads, they cannot be returned.

Bundles, Toolkits & Mixed Orders

If your purchase includes both digital and physical items:

  • Physical items follow the print book return policy.

  • Digital items are non-refundable once delivered.

Partial refunds are not available unless the error is on our end.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital downloads

  • Opened or noticeably used workbooks

  • Customized or signed books

  • Clearance items

  • Items marked ā€œFinal Saleā€

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows ā€œDeliveredā€ but you didnā€™t receive your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Confirm the address used at checkout

  3. Contact the carrier for updates

If the package is still missing after 3 business days, contact us. We may offer a replacement or a discounted re-order, depending on the situation.

Processing Times

  • Return approval: 1ā€“2 business days

  • Refund issuance: 5ā€“7 business days after we receive the returned book

  • Bank processing: 2ā€“5 business days
