Print Books 

Order Processing Times

All print book orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Lulu Direct.
Processing times are typically:

  • 3–5 business days for printing and handling

  • Processing may be slightly longer during holidays or peak seasons

Orders begin production as soon as they are submitted and cannot be cancelled once printing has started.


Shipping Times

Once your book is printed, it is shipped directly from Lulu’s nearest printing facility. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by region)

Delivery times may vary based on carrier volume, customs processing, and location.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • The book’s weight

  • The shipping method selected

We do not control carrier shipping rates; these are automatically provided by Lulu’s shipping calculator.


Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate.


Multiple Shipments

Because all print books are produced on demand:

  • Items may ship separately

  • Shipping times may differ between items

You will receive separate tracking numbers when applicable.


Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  1. Confirm the shipping address used at checkout

  2. Check with neighbors or your household

  3. Allow 1–2 business days (carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early)

  4. Contact the carrier for detailed delivery information

If your package still cannot be located after 3 business days, contact us at [your support email].
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a discounted re-order.


Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned or lost:

  • Customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees

  • Replacements cannot be issued for incorrectly entered addresses


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs duties

  • VAT

  • Import taxes

  • Local postal fees

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.


Digital Products (Ebooks, PDFs, Downloads)

Instant Delivery

Digital items are delivered immediately via email after checkout.
You will receive:

  • A download link

  • Instructions for accessing your files

Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see your email within a few minutes.


No Shipping Charges

Digital purchases do not incur shipping fees.


Download Issues

If you experience any problems accessing your digital file, please contact us and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A screenshot if available

We’ll ensure you receive a working file or a replacement link.


No Physical Copies Included

Purchasing a digital product does not include a printed book unless explicitly stated.
